I welcome commissions and am always happy to work with a collector to create a painting of a desired scene or format.  Commissioned paintings fall into three categories:
   1. If you see a specific painting or subject you like. I can do a similar studio painting in a designated size.

   2. I can do a commission of a specific scene or place. when possible, I prefer to travel to the chosen location and complete multiple field studies and sketches. You select your favorite of these studies to have enlarged into a studio painting of your designated size.

   3. Wildlife or animal paintings are usually done from a series of photos. I prefer to work from my own photographs unless of course you have photos of your own that you want me to use, for example from a hunting trip.

Pricing for commissioned pieces is based on a per square inch price that is slightly above that of my existing originals and includes framing and shipping.  I require a 25 % deposit and signing of a short contract to signal beginning of project.  When complete I will send pictures of the piece for your approval and will ship when it is dry.
